Serving South Palm Beach County, Florida, since 1997, the Milagro Center provides academic and arts enrichment and mentoring to children and youth. Each program serves a different age group and fills a specific physical, mental, or psychological need focused on art experiences.

For instance, the center's Boys to Men EmpowerMENT and Ladies Empowerment and Achievement Programs provide positive youth development (PYD) services to local teenagers. It delivers this development via academic tutoring, college prep, and career identification. The staff determines the most important services that will help participants make consistent incomes as adults and break out of cycles of poverty.

In addition to these services, the Milagro Center assists the wider community. Four times a year, its art garden, located on-site, displays residents’ art projects across mediums, including painting, sculpture, and musical performances. The organization also rents out the space for like-minded nonprofits and companies to host meetings and events.
